Competitor analysis for logistics company

For this project, I conducted a competitor analysis for a logistics company in the UK using a drivetime polygon approach. By leveraging GIS technology, I mapped the service areas of competitors based on travel times, giving the client a clear view of market coverage and identifying gaps in their network. This digital mapping and data visualization provided insightful geospatial analysis, helping the client understand how their logistics operations compare to others in the industry. The map allowed the company to explore competitor locations and refine their strategy for expanding or optimizing service areas.
