Flood Risk Assessment for BREEAM certification

In this project, I conducted a flood risk assessment for an administrative building complex located at Saltoniškių St. 7, 7A, and 7B in Vilnius. Using GIS technology and spatial analysis tools, I created a map visualization that clearly highlights areas sensitive to flood risks.

The report provides insights into potential water level rises during extreme weather events and their impact on the buildings. This flood risk analysis equips the client with valuable information to better prepare and implement appropriate prevention measures to mitigate flood damage.
